im considering getting one as my next car just so i can use it as a little side earner to help pay for itself as i dont need a car...and am pretty damn broke

I love minivans - always have, always will. I’ll get a Miata some day as a second car , but my Mazda5 isn’t going anywhere.

I hear that the older ones have a tendency to do that, but that they just keep on running. So far I haven’t spotted any rust  on my 2012, so hopefully that reputation is a thing of the past. My headlights, however, are starting to get a little cr uddy and will need some polishing soon.

The headlights on my Mazda 3 are foggy, I tried to pol ish only to realize the fog was on the inside. I’ll have to buy new lights.

That sucks. I guess I should feel ‘lucky’ that the growth on mine is on the outside; at first I thought it was bird crap and tried to scrape it off, then came to the sickening realization of what it really is.
